In 2002, Nicole Pearson and Zebastian Hunter met at the National Circus School of Montreal. After following separate careers which led them all over the world, they decided to form the Trapeze Duo, “Static Momentum.”

The Act- “It Takes Two” is inspired by the sensuality, dynamism and passion of Tango.  A playful game between the masculine and feminine characters, Nicole and Zebastian incorporate intense acrobatics, twisting choreography and elegant poses into this powerful and impressive performance.

Static Momentum can alter the style, theme, music and costumes for specific events.  They also offer a variety of other solo acts and are able to create new duo performances upon request.
