Christer Pettersen (Born 1985, Norway) has been balancing the slackrope since the age of 6. On a rope between two trees in his parents garden he practised without a teacher for ten years before he decided to make his dreams of becoming a circus artist come true. After seven years of intense professional training in three different circus schools (including Ecole Superieure des Arts du Cirque in Brussels) he has developed his technical and artistic skills on the rope, but he has not forgot his unique style of playful balancing from his childhood
